We strongly suggest that payment for goods be conducted via Paypal using ‘payment for goods or services’ especially if you are unsure of the seller, they are a new member or it is a large amount of money.
This does incur fees for the seller and so we suggest that you work out the fees beforehand and add them to the agreed amount, this way the seller gets his agreed asking price and the buyer gets Paypal’s protection should anything untoward happen.
To work out the approximate fee simply; divide the agreed price by 100, multiply this by 3.4, add 20p then add the total amount to the agreed price. i.e. if the agreed price is £100, 100/100= £1. Multiply this by 3.4 = £3.40. Add 20p = £3.60. So the Buyer pays £103.60 and gets full protection, the seller receives £100 and everybody is happy!
Please also note that My Music Store are not affiliated with Paypal in any way and this is only a suggestion as it is widely regarded as a fairly safe format in which to conduct business (All fee breakdowns accurate at time of writing).
We would strongly advise against BACS as this carries little to no protection should you not receive your item or is not as described.
